My Natural Skin Care Routine

First of all, I just want to start off saying I noticed a HUGE difference in my skin once I transitioned to natural skin care products. Let me also say, it's not something I noticed overnight. There is a transition period, your skin needs to adjust to the new products you are using because they are completely different. The transition period is different for everyone too. Don't get discouraged and give up if you don't notice a difference right way.

1. Morning Routine: First I apply a 50/50 mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar and water with a round cotton pad. I mix up about a half cup (1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/4 cup water) at a time. I let it soak into my face for a while. After my face is dry I apply Thayer's Facial Toner with a round cotton pad. And then I use a jade roller on my face and neck. That's it, that is my morning skin care routine. Simple right?

2. Night time Routine: After I shower in the evening I use a small amount of coconut oil on my face.

Once a week I use a face mask which is my absolute favorite and works so well at getting rid of my blackheads.

That is my skin care routine, there isn't a whole lot to it, it doesn't require much time. I saw a huge improvement in my skin once I started routine I mentioned above.
